The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to cultivate a community where all people are respectfully supported and empowered to embrace opportunities for learning, growth and economic security.    

The Coordinator provides support and supervision to Community Services staff and Seneca Health Care Navigator.  Ensures high quality customer service and accurate record keeping.

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field with 2 years of supervisory experience preferred, or associate degree in the above fields with 3 years of supervisory experience. One to three years prior case management experience preferred. Knowledge of Seneca County and human service agencies.  Knowledge of database entry, word processing, and spreadsheets. Demonstrated ability in public speaking. Must have reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver's license.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a pay rate of $19.19/hour scheduled 40 hours/wk.
