CAP is seeking a Grants Analyst. The Grants Analyst provides assistance to the Fiscal Director and Fiscal Coordinator in planning, coordinating and accurately fulfilling program Grant accounting functions regarding budget and compliance issues in a timely and professional manner following State & Federal rules and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related field desired. A minimum 2 years general accounting experience required, with preference toward grant/fund accounting experience. Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and clear understanding of not-for-profit, fund accounting environment. Working knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn and work with various software programs.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a pay rate of $21.00/hr. Scheduled 40hrs/week
